Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out access-control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and maintain access records.
• Screen and direct inbound and outbound traffic to deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and notify appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, loading areas, parking and perimeter; report concerns.
