Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience preferred.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Criminal background checks in accordance with laws.
• Drug screening where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and contractors by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and concerns calmly, escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document activity.
• Prepare clear incident and patrol reports.
