Qualifications

• 2+ years of security-related experience required.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• State/city security license preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to lift over 20 lbs preferred.
• Age requirement: 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screening required where permitted.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution by carrying out access control procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor access, and maintain access records.
• Respond to incidents and escalate as directed.
• Conduct regular patrols of interior and exterior areas to deter unauthorized access and identify concerns.
• Monitor access control systems, alarms, and surveillance equipment, reporting irregularities.
