Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while enforcing site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report unauthorized access.
• Respond calmly to incidents and document activities per procedures.
