Allied Universal® is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Access Control in West Finley, PA. This role provides reliable hours at an assigned site with options to pick up extra shifts to increase earnings.

Pay rate is $18.00 per hour and the schedule includes DayTimeSun04:00 PM - 12:00 AM. The position emphasizes fixed-Shift commitment and the opportunity to grow by taking additional shifts via the scheduling platform.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at a utilities location by carrying out access control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and maintain logs according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access-related concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify site contacts or emergency responders.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, operational areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Document incidents and access-related activities accurately and complete reports per policies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorization, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and communicate access concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, operational areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Document incidents, observations, and access-related activities accurately and complete required reports in accordance with Allied Universal and site policies.
