Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - Access Management in Phoenix, AZ to monitor access points, perform patrols, and maintain a visible security presence at government facilities. This part-time role offers flexible day shifts and the chance to work with a dedicated team delivering customer service and safety.

You'll use badge and access control experience to verify entries, follow post orders, complete incident reports, and uphold site policies while keeping the public and staff

Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation and drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry.
• Respond to incidents and alarms following post orders.
• Conduct regular patrols of buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas.
• Complete activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications.
