Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Access Control/Badge experience is preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel at a logistics location.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, packages, and items per procedures.
• Operate screening equipment and inspect items; escalate issues as needed.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow emergency procedures.
• Conduct patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
