Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor entry, and maintain access-control logs per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, unauthorized access attempts, and critical situations calmly and according to protocol.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and perimeter to identify security concerns.
• Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, contractors, and site personnel.
