Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific procedures and access-control protocols.
• Monitor access points, verify identification and authorization, issue and track visitor credentials, and maintain accurate entry and exit records.
• Respond to access-related incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, lobbies, restricted areas, and surrounding perimeter to identify concerns.
• Maintain clear incident and activity reports and communicate with leadership and site contacts.
