Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access control procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry credentials, and maintain logs.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate as needed per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, loading areas, and surrounding perimeter.
• Document observations and access-related activities per reporting requirements.
