Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation and drug screening as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security procedures and access-control policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and authorization, maintain logs, and direct authorized personnel to appropriate areas.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations calmly and per site procedures; notify leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, production-adjacent areas, parking, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access and identify concerns.
• Document daily activities, access events, incidents, and observations in reports and communicate to leadership.
