Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and authorized personnel while carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor records, and control entry/exit for a government location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report concerns to site contacts or emergency services.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas and perimeter to identify security-related concerns.
• Maintain logs and incident reports documenting access activity and observations.
