Qualifications

• Guard card or license preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Driver's license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and law enforcement personnel by carrying out access control procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor access, and maintain logs in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following reporting protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated government facility areas and perimeter locations.
