Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Badge Check in Fairmont, WV. You will verify badges, monitor access points, and maintain a visible security presence to deter incidents. This role emphasizes customer service and protocol adherence in a manufacturing/industrial setting.

You will use computer/tablet systems, document activities, and respond to incidents following site procedures. Prior badge-access experience and reliable teamwork are valued in a people-first security

Qualifications

• Experience with access-control procedures is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Must be 18+ (unarmed) or 21+ (armed) as applicable.
• Background check as required by law.
• Background/history review per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screening required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Verify badges and visitor access at entry points.
• Monitor and control facility access and maintain records.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate per site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of entry points and perimeter.
• Complete daily activity reports and logs per site requirements.
