Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Security Officer Badge Control in Whitakers, NC. You will manage access points, verify credentials, and maintain entry records while providing excellent customer service to employees and visitors.

This role requires a minimum of six months in security or related fields, a high school diploma, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Training and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualificações

• Six months of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge handling experience preferred.
• Age 18+ (unarmed) / 21+ (armed) as applicable.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check as condition of employment.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply locally.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while following site procedures and access-control policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain entry/exit records.
• Control vehicle and pedestrian access, escalating unauthorized activity.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies per procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points and facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
