Allied Universal in Newton, NC, is seeking a Security Guard Part Time Access Management Driver to greet visitors, manage access control, and support badge processes at a manufacturing and industrial site.

The role requires a valid driver's license and a high school diploma, with CPR and alarm panel experience preferred. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule, potential shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, and opportunities to grow with a leading security provider.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience are preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a manufacturing and industrial front desk location while carrying out site-specific procedures and policies.
• Monitor access to the facility, verify visitor credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor records.
• Receive and direct incoming calls, manage visitor check-in and check-out activities, and communicate professionally with site personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and promptly notifying appropriate contacts.
• Maintain awareness of front desk activity and report unusual conditions, policy concerns, and other security-related matters to site leadership or Allied Universal management.
