Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a manufacturing and industrial front desk location while carrying out site-specific procedures and policies.
• Monitor access to the facility, verify visitor credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor records.
• Receive and direct incoming calls, manage visitor check-in and check-out activities, and communicate professionally with site personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and promptly notifying appropriate contacts.
• Maintain awareness of front desk activity and report unusual conditions, policy concerns, and other security-related matters to site leadership or Allied Universal management.

Pay Rate: $18.93 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sun: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
