Job summary

SEU’s Academic Center for Enrichment (ACE) seeks student workers for the 2026-2027 school year to support tutoring operations at the Lakeland campus. The role is part-time and designed for returning Southern University students, with hours that can flex to fit class schedules.

Training on Trac Cloud will be provided; you will schedule tutoring, respond to tutoring requests, and assist students checking in for sessions.

Qualifications

• Active enrolled student at Southern University.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Experience using Google Suite products.
• Prior administrative or clerical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule tutoring appointments.
• Respond to tutoring requests.
• Use Trac Cloud scheduling software.
• Provide customer service to students.
• Perform clerical and administrative duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
