Job summary

ABA Centers of America is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver ABA therapy in client homes, schools, and clinics in the Braintree area. The role involves teaching communication, social, and daily living skills under BCBA supervision, with data collection and progress tracking central to the work.

Starting pay is $22.25/hour for BTs and $24.60/hour for RBTs, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• Must be available mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality; document session data accurately.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in meetings.
• Provide administrative and clinical support as needed.
