Job summary

ABA Centers of America is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) in Springfield, MA to deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics. The role offers a starting rate of $21.25/hour for BTs and $23.50/hour for RBTs, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.

We provide paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement. If not yet certified, we support you through the ABA Academy of Excellence to prepare for and pass

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years of age and have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, in healthcare, or in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support and ABA therapy delivery in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and track progress with data.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Provide administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
