ABA Centers of America in Peabody, MA seeks a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver ABA therapy in various settings. Starting pay is $21.25/hour for BTs and $23.50/hour for RBTs, with final compensation based on experience and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• Preferred: experience in childcare, education, or related fields.
• Preferred: experience working with children or adolescents.
• Preferred: prior exposure to ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality; document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
