Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will implement care plans, collect data, and support accomplishment of individualized goals in pediatric ABA programs.

Ideal candidates have RBT certification, a high school diploma, and a passion for helping children with Autism. This part-time role offers paid training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to grow with our clinical team.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
