Champions ABA in Andover, MA is seeking an ABA Therapist / Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one therapy in clients' homes and communities. You will implement individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and collaborate closely with families.

Qualifications

• 0+ years of experience in ABA therapy or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (n/a).
• Completion of a Behavior Technician Certification (BT/CB) program or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and theories, including applied behavior analysis and behavioral intervention.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients in their homes and communities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families and other healthcare professionals.
• Conduct assessments and monitoring of client progress to inform treatment plans and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with families to address behavioral challenges and promote skill development.
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of client progress and therapy sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy.
