Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to work 1:1 with children with autism in home settings, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis therapy under supervision.

You will collect data on progress, collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans, and support families with strategies and progress updates. This is a part-time role with afternoon/evening availability and reliable transportation required.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; coursework in psychology or education is a plus.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends.
• Experience with children with autism is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Collect data on treatment goals during sessions.
