Job summary

Empower Behavior Solutions is seeking Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs) to provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy in Lakewood, WA, mainly in home settings. The role involves delivering evidence-based ABA programs to an eight‑year‑old client, with approximately 10 hours per week and potential for additional hybrid or virtual cases as opportunities arise.

You will work in a home setting, MTTHF 4-6 p.m., with supervision from BCBAs and data collection duties.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State CBT certification is required.
• Experience implementing ABA programs and data collection.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to provide in-person services and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior programs.
• Deliver services in client’s home and/or school.
• Collect session data and complete documentation within 24 hours.
• Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and clinicians.
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
