Behavioral Health Works is seeking a Behavior Technician/RBT to deliver in-home and community ABA therapy for children with ASD. You will track progress, stay energetic, and communicate effectively with families in a flexible, part-time role.

Ideal candidates have 60 college credits, or 6 months of related experience, or RBT certification, with 4 days of availability after 3pm. Transportation is required to reach client sites and data collection is done via mobile devices.

Qualificações

• 60 college credits or 6 months experience with children with developmental disabilities or RBT certification.
• Must have availability 4 days a week for 4 hours a day (after 3pm).
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive to client sessions.
• Access to a smartphone or similar device with internet to capture client data.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.
• Track client progress during sessions.
• Implement behavior support plans and ensure client safety.
• Travel between assigned client locations and document data.
