Job summary

Behavioral Health Works in California seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician/RBT to deliver in-home and community-based ABA therapy to children with ASD.

You will track progress, communicate with families, and support behavior plans, with part-time hours (10–15 per week) and flexible scheduling. A minimum of 60 college credits, or 6 months experience with developmental disabilities, or an active RBT certification is required. Reliable transportation is needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 60 college credits completed, or 6 months of recent work with children with developmental disabilities, or an active RBT certification.
• Availability of at least 3 days per week for 10 hours or more, with after-hours capability after 3 PM.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client sessions.
• Ability to use a smartphone to document session data.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.
• Track client progress during sessions.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervise team members as needed.
• Ensure client safety and support behavior plans during sessions.
