Job summary

Behavioral Health Works in California is seeking a personable Behavior Technician/RBT to deliver in-home and community ABA therapy to children and adolescents with ASD. You’ll track progress, implement behavior support plans, and collaborate with families under supervision of BCBAs.

This part-time role offers 10–15 hours per week, after 3 PM, with travel to client locations and a range of voluntary benefits for part-time staff, plus a tuition-reduction program with partnered universities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 60 college credits, 6 months experience with developmental disabilities, or an active RBT certification.
• Availability: at least 3 days per week, after 3 PM, for 10+ hours weekly.
• Reliable transportation to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community ABA therapy.
• Track client progress during sessions.
• Maintain strong communication with families.
• Follow behavior support plans and ensure client safety.
