Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services in Rosemead, CA is seeking a Behavior Technician to support children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. You will work under supervision to implement individualized goals, track progress, and support social and communication skills.

This role offers paid training, flexible scheduling (part-time), and a collaborative team with BCBA supervisors.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with special needs.
• Strong communication skills.
• CPR/FA certification or willingness to obtain.
• Computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Help children work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors.
• Document child progress and milestones using a mobile application.
• Implement goals and programs in the individualized Behavior Plan designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
• Providesbehaviorsupportservices and crisis intervention.
• Follow instructions of the BCBA/Program supervisor.
