MAXIM HEALTHCARE SERVICES is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide Applied Behavior Analysis Therapy (ABA) for children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities. We will pay for all certification and training to get you started.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient with children.
• CPR/FA certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Help children work on social, communication, and reducing restrictive behaviors.
• Document child progress and milestones using a mobile application.
• Implement goals and programs in the Behavior Plan designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
• Provide behavior support services and crisis intervention.
• Follow instructions of the BCBA/Program supervisor.
