ABS Kids is hiring for part-time Student Analyst roles in centers or home settings in North Carolina. The position offers $26.00 per hour, with a $1,000 bonus after 60 days of employment and paid drive time/mileage reimbursement.

You will support ABA-related coursework, assist with data collection, and help implement client plans under BCBA guidance. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in psychology or a related field, relevant BCaBA/ABA coursework hours, and current RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field.
• BCaBA supervision hours as applicable.
• Current RBT certification required.
• Pending Masters ABA coursework may apply depending on track.

Responsibilities

• Make a difference in the life of a child.
• Implement individualized behavior plans under BCBA guidance.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with ASD.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff.
• Help the child develop essential life skills such as motor, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, and social/emotional skills.
• Move up/down on floor and stay active as needed.
• Learn daily and provide high-quality care to the kids served.
