Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in the ABA field is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for in-home client support across North Carolina. You will implement evidence-based interventions, track progress, and collaborate with a clinical team to help children reach personal goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to implement care plans.
