Job summary

ABS Kids is seeking entry to experienced Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work part-time in Winston-Salem, NC. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism, collect data, and help develop essential life skills in a supportive, engaging setting.

Shift availability is 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday. Earn $18-$24 per hour with opportunities for RBT certification reimbursement, paid time off, and mileage reimbursement as part of benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience working with children or adults with special needs is required.
• A heart for helping kids and a calm, steady presence are essential.
• Eagerness and energy to play with children is expected.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations.
• Tech savviness to learn our data collection software and use basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Make a difference in the life of a child and use ABA to teach real-life skills.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff.
