Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in working with young children with special needs or behavioral challenges.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of a BCBA, implement unique behavior plans.
• Collect data and conduct certain types of assessments.
• Work 1-on-1 with assigned learners.

Skills

Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Experience working with young children with special needs

Bilingual

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
