Job summary

ABS Kids is seeking licensed and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians for immediate part-time roles, onsite in centers or home settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans, collect data, and provide one-on-one support to children with ASD, under BCBA guidance.

Competitive hourly pay and a $1,000 bonus after 60 days support a strong start. The position emphasizes flexibility, ongoing training including CPR and safety, and opportunities for growth within a supportive team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field with BCaBA supervision hours.
• Masters of ABA coursework sequence (verified).
• Must maintain a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

Responsibilities

• Make a difference in the life of a child!

• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with ASD.
