Job summary

Heartland ABA in Ohio is seeking a part-time Certified Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. You will implement individualized skill-building plans and record session data with our clinical team.

We offer paid training to obtain the RBT certification, ongoing support, flexible scheduling, and a pathway to professional growth within the ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must obtain RBT certification before providing services (training provided).
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with autism.
• Ability to stay calm and patient in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes and community settings.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
