BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with Autism in the Pennsauken Center for ABA Services, in-home and in the community. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to make a meaningful impact each day.

Qualified candidates will hold a BACB RBT certification, with CPR/FA certification preferred, and at least one year of relevant experience with children who have developmental disabilities.

Qualificações

• RBT certification required or in progress.
• Experience with children with developmental or intellectual disabilities preferred.
• CPR/FA certification required or current.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly with clients and follow the established treatment plan for skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Establish and maintain supportive, therapeutic relationships with clients and families.
• Implement behavior therapy techniques as directed by supervisors.
• Document interventions and progress toward goals in a timely manner.
• Collect behavior data per the client behavior support plan.
• Review data with supervisors to strategize program improvements.
• Provide habilitation, training, and assistance to help clients acquire and maintain skills.
• Provide transportation as directed by the treatment plan.
• Support clients in interpersonal skills and community living.
• Monitor health status and report any changes to the office.

Formação académica

BACB Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
