Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Services are available at our Pennsauken Center for ABA Services, in-home and in the community. If you are a dedicated RBT, we want to meet you!

Flexible scheduling with part-time shifts Monday–Friday between 8a–6:30p and Consistent 1 on 1 clients. Competitive pay based on experience and education.

Qualifications

• Valid RBT Certificate from BACB is required/preferred.
• 1 year of experience with children with developmental disabilities preferred.
• CPR/FA Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients following the treatment plan and behavior support plan.
• Establish and maintain supportive, therapeutic relationships with clients and families.
• Implement behavior therapy techniques as instructed by supervisors.
• Document interventions and progress accurately and timely.
• Collect and review behavior data as specified in the plan.
• Support client in acquiring and maintaining skills and community living.
• Provide transportation related to activities as directed by the plan.
