Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism in home and community settings. We welcome RBTs or those starting their certification and will provide training to earn the RBT credential before you begin services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification must be obtained before providing services; training is provided to earn it.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
