Job summary

Heartland Behavior seeks compassionate individuals for part-time in-home ABA services. We provide paid training to earn the RBT certification and ongoing support after certification, helping you build a rewarding career in autism services.

You will work with a clinical team, delivering one-on-one ABA interventions, tracking progress, and engaging families to promote positive outcomes for children with Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Candidates must successfully obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services. Training and support provided to earn certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
