Job summary

Triumph ABA in New Jersey is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in home or community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will implement behavior plans, collect data on progress, and maintain thorough records while collaborating with BCBAs, parents, and the therapy team. A high school diploma and at least one year of related experience are required, with HIPAA knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of prior experience with children.
• Knowledge of HIPAA confidentiality laws.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one in-home or community-based ABA therapy to children.
• Collect accurate data during sessions to monitor progress.
• Maintain detailed records of client progress and session notes.
• Implement behavioral plans developed by the BCBA/LBA.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, BTs, and parents/guardians.
• Respond promptly to clients' and families' needs and supervisor requests.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and stakeholders.
