Job summary

Behavioral Framework, LLC is seeking a Part-Time In-Home Behavior Technician to support children with autism through ABA therapy. You will work one-on-one with a child in their home, implementing plans created by a BCBA, and collecting progress data.

The role offers afternoon/evening shifts 4–5 days a week, with starting pay at $20/hour and potential for increases after milestones. Training and supervision are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have high school or equivalent education.
• Experience with children in childcare, tutoring, or teaching is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to navigate Zoom and email on a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home settings.
• Implement individualized behavior plans created by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect session data and write progress notes.
• Collaborate with BCBA and caregivers to support client development.
