Job summary

Champions ABA in Chelsea, MA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to deliver ABA therapy to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. You will work under supervision with BCBAs to implement individualized treatment plans and ensure high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Providing one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients in their homes and community-based settings.
• Implementing behavioral interventions to promote skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collecting and recording data on client progress and behavior.
• Assisting with adapting therapy sessions to meet clients with varying abilities.
• Maintaining a safe and clean therapy environment.
