Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a part-time BT/RBT in Toms River, New Jersey to support individualized ABA services for children with autism. You will work under a BCBA to implement therapy plans in a one-on-one setting, collecting data and tracking progress.

Responsibilities include data collection, collaboration with parents and professionals, and ensuring a safe, supportive environment while contributing to ongoing client development.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain required clearances.
• Experience in ABA or related field is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work under supervision and follow treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy programs in one-on-one settings under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress.
• Participate in team meetings and communicate with BCBAs, parents, and professionals.
• Provide a safe, respectful, and positive environment for clients and families.
