Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to join our Sayreville, New Jersey team. You will implement ABA-based treatment plans, work with BCBAs and other RBTs, and help children and families improve communication and independence.

This role offers supervision, training, and opportunities to grow within a BCBA-owned practice. Applicants should have a high school diploma (or equivalent) with preferred exposure to psychology or related fields; RBT is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to travel to clients' homes or other settings.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based ABA practices to promote skill development and functional communication.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other RBTs to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Document client progress, maintain records, and participate in supervision and training.
• Attend team meetings, staff development sessions, and professional conferences to stay current with best practices.
• Demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and growth within a supportive work environment.
