Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a highly motivated ABA Therapist (BT) to join our team in New Jersey. This part-time/per diem role supports children with Autism Spectrum Disorder using evidence-based ABA practices and offers a flexible schedule within a BCBA-owned organization.

You will provide one-on-one therapy, contribute to treatment planning, collect data, and collaborate with families and professionals to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with ABA principles and evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients' families and other professionals
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and inform treatment decisions
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure seamless service delivery
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay current with best practices and improve clinical skills
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions and client progress
