Achievement Behavior Services in New York, NY, is seeking ABA Behavior Technicians to join our in-home therapy team. You will work 1:1 with students in their natural home environment under the supervision of a BCBA, delivering sessions aligned with individualized intervention plans.

This role offers flexible PART-TIME schedules on weekends and after-school hours, competitive hourly pay, mentorship, and opportunities to pursue RBT credentials as you grow with our network of ABA professionals.

Formación

• Fields of study: ABA, Psychology, Special Education, OT, SLP, Human Services.
• RBT certificate from BACB required or in progress.
• Crisis Intervention, Harassment/Mandated Reporter training, CPR/First Aid.
• Strong stakeholder communication and reliability under stress.
• Experience with pre-school and elementary children; autism experience.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver one-on-one ABA services in the child’s home.
• Follow the BCBA-designed BIP and daily data collection.
• Collaborate with BCBA supervisor for progress updates and new goals.
• Document progress notes and align with treatment plans.
