Ocean Psychological Services in Livermore, CA seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy under supervision. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and contribute to client growth in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• RBT certification is preferred.
• Experience or understanding of ABA principles and techniques preferred.
• Strong data collection, time management, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Must provide at least 15 hours weekly between 3:00 PM–8:00 PM with possible weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA therapy 1:1 based on goals and plans.
• Collect, document, and analyze data during sessions.
• Attend client team meetings and quarterly staff trainings.
• Create and use instructional materials to support goals.
• Facilitate individual and small group social skills sessions.
• Maintain timely communication, including checking emails on business days.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
