Job summary

Proficio Therapy Services in Livermore, CA is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA services to individuals with autism across clinic, home, school, and community settings under supervision of a BCBA.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect accurate data, support skill development, and collaborate with families and team members while upholding ethical and agency standards. Part-time positions are also available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous ABA therapy experience is preferred.
• Strong flexibility, adaptability, and time management.
• Ability to follow clinical directions and work with a team.
• Must have reliable transportation for travel to multiple sites.
• Pass health screenings and background checks.
• TB testing and vaccinations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provides high-quality 1:1 ABA services to clients in clinic, home, school, and community settings under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implements individualized treatment and skill-building programs.
• Applies positive behavior interventions to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Accurately collects and maintains client data and documents services via notes.
• Collaborates with caregivers, BCBAs, and team members.
• Participates in ongoing training related to behavior analysis and safety.
• Assists with administrative tasks when clients cancel.
