Job summary

Ocean Psychological Services in Daly City, CA, is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy under supervision, implementing individualized treatment plans and contributing to client growth.

You will collect data, attend team and professional development meetings, and create instructional materials to support therapy goals, with a focus on collaboration and ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active RBT certification preferred.
• Prior experience or understanding of ABA principles and techniques preferred.
• Strong data collection, time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Must be able to provide a minimum of 15 hours of weekly availability between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM (flexible for weekends).

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA therapy based on individualized goals and treatment plans.
• Collect, document, and analyze data during sessions to monitor progress.
• Attend client team meetings, quarterly staff meetings, and professional development workshops.
• Create and utilize instructional materials to support therapy goals.
• Facilitate individual and small group social skills training sessions.
• Maintain timely communication, including checking and responding to emails on business days.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
